Request for Prisoners’ Labour Procedures
Prisoners labour is a service where an incarcerated person (s) partakes in manual work inside and outside prison walls.
As such the following procedures are required:
- Written application must be made to the Officer-in-Charge of the respective Prison Location.
- The application will be forwarded to the Director of Prison for approval
- Once approved a contractual agreement is made between the applicant and the Officer-in-Charge.
- Individuals and organizations requesting prison labour will conform to the advisory treating with supervision of prisoners at labour in outdoor parties

- Carpentry/Masonry
- Welding
- Weeding
